A GATHERING OF DISCIPLES: Empowerment of the Rangjung Peme Nyingtik

The main event of Celebrating the Return is A Gathering of Disciples held for two days in both Vermont and Colorado. Dilgo Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche will bestow the empowerment for the Rangjung Peme Nyingtik, one of the most precious mind termas revealed by Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. This is the first time this wonderful practice is being conferred by the Khyentse lineage-holder in North America. On Day 1 we will receive the empowerment. On Day 2, we will practice the Rangjung Peme Nyingtik with Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche leading us. The event concludes with a celebratory tsog and traditional offerings. During this time a precious collection of sacred relics from the treasury of Shechen Monastery will be displayed in the shrine room. This will be a rare glimpse and a tremendous blessing to witness.
A Gathering of Disciples includes teachings by Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche, Rabjam Rinpoche and Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche on the Khyentse Lineage. Participants will receive an exquisite boxed edition of the sadhana produced especially for Celebrating the Return!

BRILLIANT MOON: GLIMPSES OF DILGO KHYENTSE RINPOCHE
Neten Chokling Rinpoche, director of Milarepa, and a student of Khyentse Rinpoche, has made a beautiful and stirring devotional homage to his 
teacher. Recounting the life of Khyentse Rinpoche through animation, rare archival footage and interviews with teachers such as HH Dalai Lama, Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche and Sogyal Rinpoche, this evocative portrait brings the kindness, warmth and vast mind of Khyentse Rinpoche into our experience, almost as if he were here.
